With our 2008 Training Camp coming up in October, I will repeat last year’s progress by posting an evening update after each day’s conclusion.
This year’s 3-day camp will include Chum-Kiu (form, applications, and drills), Chi-sau, Lap-sau, and Lat-sau. At the end of each day I will post a synopsis of the day’s event and include a video demonstrating some of the action.
After the event’s conclusion, I will post a full report with more photos and videos on AWCAOnline so that you can see what makes up our annual camps. They are always very informative and everyone walks away with a renewed sense of how effective and efficient Wing Chun really is.
Look for the start of the daily reports beginning the evening of Thursday, October 2.
