For all AWCA members, check your email for details about the upcoming annual Training Camp. With the full Siu-Nim-Tau and Chum-Kiu on the agenda, we will also be working the first four sections of Chi-sau, plus the Lap-sau drill and various attack/defense sequences if time permits.
