Distance Training on the Dummy
The July Video of the Month is now available. This month I discuss proper distancing when working on the wooden dummy.
In addition to the usual Windows Media Player and iPod downloadable files, I have also made a Realmedia-formatted file available. Some have expressed an interest in RealMedia but admittedly I am not sure why. The file format is quite sub-par to WMV and MP4, so this is a test run for RM to see if it is being downloaded. If enough downloads are seen, I will keep making them available. If only a handful are seen, then it will probably not last. We will see.
