What If A DVD Doesn't Play?

Prior to enrollment, it is very important to ensure that your player of choice can view the DVD-R format. Most DVD players "can," but it is important to make sure.

If you find that your DVD does not play, first ensure that the DVD player you are viewing it on is capable of viewing DVD-R formats. Consult your owner's guide for this information, as the AWCA cannot check this for you.

If it can play the DVD-R format, but you still cannot view the DVD, try the DVD in another DVD player. If it plays, then the problem lies with the DVD player vs. the DVD itself. At that point, it is recommended that you replace your DVD player, or just use the one that functions correctly.

If the DVD does not play in the second DVD player, check the back of the disk for any scratches, etc. A quality inspection is made prior to shipping, but if you find any scratches, please let me know and a new DVD will be shipped to you.

If the end result is that you simply cannot view the DVD or its replacement, the problem is that your player(s) will not view the DVD-R format. At that point, you will either have to replace your DVD player or cancel your subscription. This is why it is important to ensure that prior to enrollment, you can view the DVD-R format.
