What If I Don't Receive My DVD In A Timely Manner?

All DVD's are usually shipped the last week of the month, with the lessons intended for the next month (e.g. February lessons are shipped the last week of January). Your place of residence, however, will affect when you receive the DVD's.

If you live in the United States, you will receive your DVD within a few days after shipment. Outside of the United States, though, can take 1 week or more.

Currently, DVD's shipped to Australia, Germany, France, etc., take approximately 5 - 8 days. I periodically inquire with overseas students to stay updated on how long it took them, and I try to adjust the shipping schedules so that each student has their DVD's within the first week of each month.
