How Big Are The eBook Files?

AWCA eBooks vary in size, depending on what is being related and the depth of information provided. Some are as small as 2 MB, while others can be as large as 80 MB or more. I try to keep the files as small as possible, but I also do not sacrifice depth of information solely to maintain a small file size.

Depending on the size of the files, as well as your connection to the Internet, download times will vary. If you have cable, the largest eBooks currently available will download in approximately 1 - 2 minutes. With dial-up, however, you can see anywhere from 20 minutes for the smallest eBook to over 7 hours for the largest eBook.

If you have dial-up service, I recommend a download helper called Internet Download Manager (http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/). Internet Download Manager will monitor your download and, if you happen to lose your connection, it will pick up where it left off. I used this program repeatedly when I had dial-up and I found it to be extremely useful and reliable.
