AWCAOnline - Help Desk: eBook Support

After purchase, you will receive an email with your access information and how to download/install your eBook(s). Installation is very easy, though, and illustrated below.

Note: You must be connected to the Internet during the registration process.

Click the download page indicated in the email.
Scroll down to your purchased publication and click the "Download Now" button.
Select the location (folder) you would like to download your eBook to. I recommend your Desktop just so that you can find it easier, but you can select any other location.
Once the publication is downloaded, double-click the filename.
The eBook will open to the index page.
Clicking any link, you will be prompted to enter your username and password (provided in the email sent by the AWCA). You can also click Help -> Register eBook, or you can also click the "R" button on the toolbar to register.
Your eBook will install and you will see a "Registration Successful" dialogue box when completed. Once your eBook is registered, the process is complete.

In some cases, a PC's firewall or anti-virus program will block a port needed by the registration server (to ensure that the eBook is not being installed on a server) and you might receive one of two erroneous error messages. If you receive either of the two below messages, check below to resolve the problem.
