It has been my experience that sometimes when the manufacturer of the eBook compiler upgrades their servers to improve performance and handle the additional workload, this might prevent access to a current registration while the upgrade is in progress. If you encounter this problem, close the eBook and wait for approximately 5 or 10 minutes so that the server upgrade can complete. Afterwards, you can re-enter your publication. If you find that the problem still exists, the only resolution that I am aware of is to re-download the publication. I know it sounds silly, but it works. The only reason I can think of is that during the upgrade, something happened to some of the registrations and the eBook you have is no longer communicating with the server. You are still authorized to access the publication, but it will require re-downloading and re-registering it. I have inquired with the eBook compiler's technical support as to "why" re-downloading the publication fixes it, but as of yet I have not received an answer. When I get a reply, I will post it here.
