Email providers filter email to prevent a barrage of spam from impacting their servers. In some cases, these filters inadvertently delete legitimate emails, too. Regardless of the reason, any email returned to me as "Undeliverable" is removed from the notification list. Therefore, if you did not receive an upgrade notice but found it mentioned on AWCAOnline, you can assume that it was sent but I received an "Undeliverable email" notice. To receive the upgrade, access the Download page (sent in your original email) and download your free upgrade. Your current username and password will still work. If you need assistance or cannot locate your user information, please contact me. Additionally, ensure that you add the AWCA's email ID to any acceptable "white lists" or anti-spam filters you are currently using. You can find instructions for this here. If you are looking for a reliable spam filter and email messaging program that will help with this, I recommend SpamBully. This is the program I use, and it has served me with great success in helping cut down on spam emails.
