Error Message: "Registration Server is Busy"

This is an erroneous error message. Due to the vast equipment used by the manufacturer of the eBook compiler, it is improbable that their registration servers are busy. Instead, this message indicates that the verification process is being blocked. In all cases experienced thus far (since 2000), it has always been the customer's firewall and/or anti-virus program blocking access, which then tells the eBook that the registration server is busy.

The eBook viewer verifies a physical port on your PC vs. a "virtual" port that hackers will take advantage of. Firewalls will usually block this port, but the eBook viewer still needs it in order to ensure that you are not loading it on a network.

If you encounter this message, disable your firewall to complete the registration, and then immediately re-enable your firewall to protect your PC. If that does not work, disable both your firewall and your anti-virus, complete the registration, and then re-enable both.

If you have completed all of the above and you still cannot gain access, please let me know. To date, the above steps have always worked, but I will immediately work with you to diagnose the problem if you still cannot gain access.

Also, you will not have to do this each time you view the eBook. This would be a one-time only action just to get the eBook registered. Afterwards, you will not have to repeat the above.
