Error Message: "Username/Password is Invalid"

Actually, your username and password are valid (provided that it is from a valid purchase, of course). This is an erroneous error message as a result of your firewall and/or anti-virus program that is blocking the port needed for registration.

To correct it:

1. Disable your firewall
2. Register your eBook(s)
3. Immediately re-enable your firewall in order to protect your computer
4. If you still encounter the message, disable both your firewall and anti-virus program
5. Register your eBook(s)
6. Immediately re-enable both your firewall and anti-virus program to protect your computer

This is a one-time action and you will not have to repeat it each time you want to view your eBook. If the above resolution does not correct the problem, please contact me.
