What Printer Settings Do I Use?

With an AWCA eBook, you can print one page, a range of pages, a chapter, or even the entire publication in one fell swoop.

All publications were originally created to get the most information possible on every screen; the problem, however, is that for printing, it required changing your default printer settings from Portrait to Landscape mode.

Many eBooks have been revised for Portrait printing (the standard for most printers). If you find that your eBook has not been converted over, though, click here for instructions on how to change your printer so that it correctly prints in Landscape mode.

eBook Print Selections
To print a page or page range from you eBook, follow the below instructions.

• To print the current page of your eBook:
  1. Click File -> Print Page... on the toolbar.
  2. On your printer's screen, select Current Page
  3. The page you are viewing will now print.

• To print a range of pages of your eBook:
  1. Click File -> Print Page... on the toolbar.
  2. On your printer's screen, select All
  3. The page range you specified will now print.

• To print the entire eBook:
  1. Click File -> Print eBook... on the toolbar.
  2. On your printer's screen, select the option you would like to include, such as printing in color or just black ink, etc.
  3. The complete publication will print.

• To setup your printer:
1. Click File -> Print Setup... on the toolbar.
2. Select the printer of choice and click OK

The following illustrates a visual representation of what you will see when selecting the above options.

Click File -> Print Page... to display your printer's dialogue box.

If you have more than one printer or driver, select the printer that you want to use.

To print all pages, click on All.

To print a specific page range, select Pages: and specify the page range you want

Setting Your Printer for Lanscape Mode
In the eBook's toolbar, click File -> Print Setup... to access your printer's setup section. Follow the below screens for a visual representation.

Note: Your printer setup windows might look differently than depicted below, depending on the printer you are currently using.
