A Publication Was Updated But I Did Not Receive an Upgrade Notice

Email providers filter email to prevent a barrage of spam from impacting their servers. In some cases, their filters even delete legitimate emails (messages that you want and even subscribed to).

Any email returned to me as "Undeliverable" (regardless of the reason) is removed from the notification list. Therefore, if you didn't receive an upgrade notice but found it mentioned on AWCAOnline, you can assume that it was sent but I received an "Undeliverable email" notice.

To receive the upgrade, access the Download page (sent in your original email) and download your free upgrade. Your current username and password will still work.

Additionally, ensure that you add the AWCA's email ID to any acceptable "white lists" or anti-spam filters you are currently using. You can find instructions for this here.
