What is Required to View an eBook?

To view an AWCA eBook, your system must have:

• Microsoft Windows™ operating system (ME®, NT®, 2000®, XP®). AWCA eBooks are not compatible with Windows98® or the Macintosh™ operating system. Our eBooks have not been tested on Microsoft Windows™ Vista® operating systems, so I cannot attest if they will be functional on this OS or not.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer® v6.01 or higher (with 128-bit security encryption enabled).

• A minimum of twice the hard disk storage as the eBook's size you are attempting to install. For example, if you are installing a 30 MB eBook, you will need approximately 60 MB of hard disk storage for the install process (your system will reclaim the unused space after install is completed).

• A minimum of 256 MB of memory (RAM).

The videos contained in AWCA eBooks are in WMV (Windows Media Player) format. To view them, you will need Windows Media Player® or another viewer capable of viewing WMV files. The videos are not required in order to learn, but they do add a more personal touch to your training by illustrating real-time applications.

If you find that your version of Windows Media Player is not playing the videos, then it is time for you to upgrade. Click here or below to access Microsoft's Media Player area and download their free player.

Note: I do not provide support for non-AWCA eBooks or software, including Windows Media Player. If you encounter a problem with Media Player, please consult the Microsoft Product Support Services section for Windows Media Player.
