My eBook Used to Open, But Now It Doesn't
Periodically, the manufacturer or the eBook compiler will upgrade their servers and systems. If you happen to be accessing your eBook at that time, and your eBook is calling the Internet to verify continued registration, then sometimes it will "bump heads" against the upgrade process.
When this happens, close your eBook, wait a few minutes, and then try again. If it happens a second time, re-downlad the eBook(s) because it is possible that your operating system made a change and is now impacting how the eBook runs.
I know it's a pain, and I do apologize if you are experiencing that. Remember, though, that I only use the programs that are available for making the media accessible. I didn't actually create the delivery programs, so unfortunately I don't have a "say" into how the manufacturers created it.
If the problem still persists, please contact me so that I can look into what is happening.
