AWCAOnline Privacy Policy

Effective January 1, 2004, the United States Congress passed the CAN-SPAM Act (87.5KB, PDF) which regulates the sending of unsolicited commercial email. The AWCA fully supports this initiative and consistently reports all cases of receiving unsolicited bulk email advertisements. This means that if you send the AWCA an unsolicited advertisement, your email will be forwarded to the proper authorities for investigation and a "spam" report will be filed with your ISP service.
The AWCA will never send unsolicited email, so if you receive one, it is fraudulent and should be reported immediately to Phil Bradley.

Purchasing eMedia through AWCAOnline.com or enrolling in the AWCA Distance Learning Program is accomplished through the PayPal secure server network. All Distance Learning Materials are delivered via USPS Priority Mail (with the exception of eBooks, which are delivered via direct-download). All credit card transactions occur over the secured PayPal processing network; use of this secured purchase network is the only means by which AWCA can accept payment. Please contact PayPal at www.paypal.com for further information on the methods they use for handling credit card transactions, their Privacy Policy, their Terms of Service and the features they provide.
The AWCA Store is serviced by CafePress. As with PayPal, they only use secured methods for processing payments and purchases. For more information on their policies and processes, visit www.cafepress.com.
Purchasing an AWCA eBook automatically guarantees that you receive lifetime updates for free. To ensure that you are notified, your email ID is placed on that specific item's email distribution list so that you receive the notices. You will not receive emails or notices for any item other than your purchased item. Should you wish to be removed from this list, simply send an email to Phil Bradley and you will be immediately and permanently removed (Note, however, that you will no longer receive notices when your item is upgraded).

The AWCAOnline.com website does not collect information about you in any way while visiting the site, nor do we "farm" information. Information acquired while purchasing an AWCA item is strictly for the purposes of ensuring a secured payment method, and we do not release, sell, or rent your information to anyone at any time (we can't access the information, so there's nothing for us to release).

Due to the nature of a self-defense environment, we believe that our website is appropriate for children age 13 and up. We do, however, respect the rights of parents wishing to control what their children read on the topic of self-defense.
AWCAOnline.com encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child's online experience safer.

Teach your children to NEVER give out personal information unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult. This includes their name, their address, their phone number, where they go to school, or anything else about them. You have no idea who is on the other end of that Internet connection.
